I sanded down the points at the top of his cowl and cut off all the accessories on his utility belt. I then painted the cowl black, the chest and arms red, the gloves black, the belt yellow, and the pants and boots black. I then molded a circle out of clay, painted it black and yellow and put it on the chest.
It turned out to be a very cool figure! It works out as a very nice collectors item.
